DID YOU KNOW, BRO?

One of the most intriguing aspects of how football developed is the transition from the chaotic medieval game to the structured sport we know today. In medieval England, early forms of football were wild, often involving entire villages trying to move a ball to a specific point, with very few rules. It was so rough that kings like Edward II tried to ban it. However, by the mid-19th century, schools and universities in England began standardizing the rules, leading to the formation of The Football Association in 1863, which formalized the modern game.
